- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number
- Booking details: session date and time, location or address, event details and any notes you send us
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We see that your payment went through, but we never receive or store your full card number
- Photos and videos: the images we create during your session or event
- Messages: emails, texts and direct messages you send us
- Website data: basic usage information such as browser type, pages visited and referring links, collected through cookies and similar tools on our website and booking platform

- To schedule, confirm and manage your booking
- To send confirmations, reminders, your mood board and your photo gallery
- To reply to questions and event inquiries
- To process payments and refunds
- To improve our services and website
- To send occasional updates or offers, only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time
04Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your booking, including confirmations, reminders and updates, and occasional offers if you opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our booking and CRM platform, payment processor, email and text messaging services, and photo gallery hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us
- Legal authorities, when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights or someone's safety
06Your photos
Photos and videos from your session may appear in our portfolio, on our website and on social media, as described in our Terms & Conditions. To keep your images private, or to ask us to take down something we've posted, email us at [email protected].
07Cookies
Our website and booking calendar use cookies to keep things working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as online booking, may not work properly without them.
08How long we keep information
We keep booking and contact records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Gallery files are kept as described in our Terms & Conditions.
09Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your information, unless we're required to keep it
- Stop sending you marketing emails or texts
