I grew up on '90s and Y2K hip hop and R&B. My family always had those nostalgic portraits around: the glossy prints, the matching fits, the backdrops you only saw in that era.
To this day, when an old R&B jam comes on, those are the photos I see. Growing up through that time is something I really cherish, and I want everyone to get to feel it.
That's why I started ThrowbackLens. It's a nostalgic experience you get to take home and keep with your loved ones forever.

What should we wear?
Your mood board has outfit ideas: low-rise denim, baby tees, tracksuits, tinted sunglasses, frosted lip gloss. Pull from your own closet; we bring the props.
How much space do you need?
About a 10×10 foot area with access to an outlet. Indoors or outdoors both work.
Can we bring a pet or a friend?
Yes. Mention it when you book and we'll plan a few shots for them.
When do we get our photos?
Your private gallery arrives within 7 days of your session.
Do you do events too?
Yes. We bring the Y2K setup to parties and weddings, and every guest leaves with prints. Event pricing is quoted by size, so send us your details.
